Patients can pay medical fees by Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa. All insurances are accepted. It is the patient’s responsibility to see if referrals, prior authorizations, or pre-certifications are needed. Due to the complexity of the referral process, if you insurance requires a referral, prior authorization, or pre-certification, please make sure you obtain it from you referring physician or PCP prior to your appointment. Co-pays are required at the time of the appointment.
